Last Saturday night, Alister left Kuching. That afternoon, i went around town to get a farewell gift.



I hate the packaging. (Cost RM14.90. Dammit)

Anyway... i went to Spring after that. Wanted to find that "siaw siaw" Ah Jo(female) in Bausch K. But she wasn't there. So i went to find another "Vain" Ah Jo(male) at a handphone shop.

When night fell, we sent Alister off around 8 something. Marie cried a lil.(Struggling i think) And i went over to Famous Amos and picked up some sweets. And went to Youth after that.

Last Sunday night, i went out for badminton. This is the first time i went out with a bunch of buddies to a real badminton court. (Of course we had to pay)

The Badminton Crew includes... Marilyn, Bayan, Nick, Chris and me. Two hours for 30 bucks. Dammit.

One common thing of the guys in the crew is that they are all.....out of the ordinary. XP But another thing in common is...they are so damn good in badminton that the girls(us) are peanuts to them.

It was so tiring. And my muscles ached like shit. The guys are so pro. And we played a lil game that is..each hit you make, you have to say something eg. people's name or fruits. (that's what we played. lame I know. )

This group of people seems to move a lot and unable to pause quietly. =.=" Hyperactive.

Well.. fun though coz' i can win Marilyn but not fun coz' the guys are better. =P

This will be a very very very long post. Happened on 12th March till 14th March.

Day 1

The day was gloomy and the rain was pouring heavily. Woke up at 7.15am and went for breakfast.

Then it was 8.30am..



Time to enter the bus.

Then we squeezed our way in. Amanda sat in the luggage area.

After traveling for 17 miles in a hot-but-wanna-open-window-also-cannot-coz'-of-the-rain-bus, we reached our destination.




17th Mile Methodist Church.


We camped in the kindy located few meters beside the church.

Why Iceman?

Coz' we are so lame and cold. Therefore, "Iceman" it is.

We were given papers to fill. It's Chinese.




I filled the last question. Amanda did the rest.


After that, we went upstairs.

Then the singing starts... where we all get "high"... XD


There was a talk going on and soon we went back to our room.

It was then "shower time". 3 cubicles for girls and 3 cubicles for guys. Stick together. And the main problem that slow down the whole showering session is the water. When water is used in two cubicles from the boys' side, the two cubicles in the girls' side no water. Vice versa. As a result, the girls in the cubicles scream at the boys next door and the boys scream back. "The Bath War".
I stood there waiting for almost an hour for my turn to bath. =.=" Awesome. After bath, it was time for dinner as sun descends..

That first night was Marilyn's group's duty to wash the dishes.

Then we went back to the hall and there were talks again. I got kinda bored so started doing crap stuff..

Amanda & Marilyn slept real early and the rest of the girls opened a "meeting" at one corner. I flipped my sleeping bag up and down and could not sleep. So, i joined their meeting. They talked about facials, hair treatment, guys in schools and etc. I couldn't take it any longer so i went back to my place and dozed off. That's when a mosquito freakinly "kissed" me. >=[


Day 2

Woke up around 6.15am then went to the toilet area..



It was far behind the church.


Then we had exercises...

There was this game called "little angel" on the previous day. It is like you have to help your master do something by not letting him/her know that you are his/her angel. Then you have to give a small present to your master. And another person will do the same to you. It's like a circle. And we can only reveal ourselves on the last day of camp.

And so... i asked him do things lor. Since i have the rights. And Marilyn at the same time took advantage of my angel. =.=



She is vicious...


After breakfast, we had another talk. About, "Teenagers in relationship, right or wrong?". Then we divided ourselves into 2 groups. One is support and the other one opposes. Marilyn & I went to the "support" coz' all the fun seniors in. Amanda & Bayan stayed in the opposition.
We argued and the heat was getting stronger till the preacher decided to stop the whole debate. Finally, she told us... "the answer to this question is actually...... there's no answer."

Then there was lunch.

Then it was time for another game.. It's a "Detective game" sort of like Cluedo. Kinda fun to me coz' i'm into CSI.(even EST teacher called me "CSI Andrea" when she gave me back my EST paper. =.=) The seniors became the suspects and they are so damn good in acting. Drama kings & queens. Bayan's wrist got cut somehow during the game.


After the game, it was the second showering session again. "The Last Shower Of The Camp".
This time was a lot faster. Coz' while we played the Detective game, we found a guys' toilet at the back of the guys' room. So most of the dudes went over there lor.


We had dinner after bath. Then it was the third game. The game that I didn't participated much.
The game that many cried. The game that many dislike. This game has many stages. And some of the stages requires Bible reading. And each group must eliminate two members each round. I volunteered to be eliminated as I don't read Chinese. The Eliminated had to go into a room so-called "prison" and unable to play the next stage. Well, it was quite lame in the prison when they exaggerates how tough it was gonna be. =.=" After two stages, i was back in my team. It was "Bible Quiz" in chinese. There were 20 questions. I answered the last. The question that asked how many silvers did Judas received for betraying Jesus. It was 30 pieces. XD And no one in the team know. =P

The people in the prison kept changing. Some went back to their group. And i stayed. So i experienced twice with different prisoners.

Then the part where many cried was the elimination process in the hall. We didn't cry or felt anything coz' we couldn't hear anything. But saw many thing. According to those that witnessed the process, the leader of the team must eliminate two people and he/she has to explain why he eliminate them. The ones who got eliminated has to write what they currently feel or what they wanna say to the leader. And the leader has to read it out in front of everyone in the hall. The whole process covers all the 5 different groups in the hall. And they switched off the lights probably to make it more saddening. They lit the candles and the ones eliminated shall put out the flame of their candles. Many cried. Even the preacher.



The window that faced the hall. We could only see. But could not listen.


In the end, the preacher explained to us the purpose of the game. Proving to us through the game that each and everyone is important in the group. And how hard it is to make a choice to kick their own members out. Before we went downstairs, the preacher made an announcement, telling us not to go out to the road as there was a boy knocked down by a car two weeks ago in other Youth camp. O.o


After that, everyone got 'high + vain' again..

It was the last night there.. so everyone made the best out of it during the free time before bed.
We went downstairs and ate supper and talked crap, not forgetting being vain..

So-called "couple" in the camp. =PP I think... they're just best buddies lah..


Then the seniors announced a heartbreaking news. The villagers complained that we were over-noisy. One drunken man came and complained to one of our game master, Yong Jun, telling us that if we make anymore noise, he's gonna barge in and attack. =.=" So the seniors sealed all the doors downstairs to seal our noises in. We actually had the privilege to sleep at 2am. But after the drunken man's complains, the seniors ordered us to sleep at 1.15am. >=[ And that was our very last night there. Some guys went back to the guys' room. The girls went back to the girls' room. Some guys slept in first floor of the church building.

Day 3

The next morning, the third day, the last day...



There was a talk..

After that, the seniors announced the results collected throughout these 3 days of each team. And guess who's the winning team?


It's us. XD The Iceman RULE~!! We had the "coldest" crew on the first day and the lamest motto theme song and the emo ones, the vain ones, the smart ones, the active ones, the Holy ones, the "guai" ones, the rebellion ones...which all made up our team as the winning team.

Unfortunately, Marilyn's group got the last. =/ And the team with cool motto lose too. =P


After that, we packed our things and clean the place up. Not forgetting...picture taking session. =P

After that, most of them went home. I went to Cyber at the Song Street with Viola and Jia Mei. And when i reached home, i fell straight on the bed and slept throughout the night.

The camp had been a very fun and meaningful experience. Made me closer to the Youth which they refered as "One Family".

Marie got this new puppy from Alister. It is a Cocker Spaniel breed.

And it is my God-son too. =P



Its name is Russell.


It pees a lot. Eats a lot. Haven't seen it shits so far. And he loves to bite.

Today, i have addmaths the whole day. And the 3 hours rest in between, i walked to Hock Lee & Crown Square with Chris, the gay who loves pink.

Well, i learnt gearing in the Daytona racing game. Played several times. More than 5 times i think. With Manual gear. It wasn't easy at all. =(

I spent my 5th and 6th year in a Tadika named, St. Faith. Now that i'm 16. So.. it's been 11 years. This year is also the year that i reunite with my Tadika buddies... 'chun-chun' 10 years, 1 decade.

It is Election Day! Were supposed to just go shopping in Spring. But then on second thought, we couldn't last for more than 2 hours there. So we decided to go town instead. Marilyn & i was there first. We walked to Star and saw many tekangs so, we walked back to Hilton. And settled down there to wait for our friends.

Previous week, we skipped accounts. We, as in my tuition gang and whole lots of st3 people. And teacher got so ripped off, that he actually waste his money to call us and scold us when we informed him by SMS that we will not be attending. One of a kind. He scolded each and everyone who informed him. Marilyn got scolded thrice. Coz' he called thrice. When she just sent him a simple text message.

Well.. i went to buy my very own first sleeping bag this afternoon as a preparation for the coming camp. Then i went Spring. After that, it was accounts. I was the earliest. But dared not go up. Did not want to be the first to get scolded. =P So Nick and I fooled around downstairs.

I found out that the building we were at, has a SUPP centre upstairs. The banners and flags of BN were everywhere that i asked Nick, "Do you have a scissor?". =X

Yes... i'm so damn happy that exam is OVER even though its just the first term. I'm desperate for holidays~! And, i'm excited for this coming Camp!

Well.. these few days i've been studying hard for some and soft for some. I did suicidal in my Addmaths. And all my science subjects are as dreadful as hell. I got 68 for my FIRST Physics test in my life. I got 52(dammmmmittt!!!!) for FIRST Addmaths test in my life. T.T

And the freakin' Garbage Mei Nu got... guess what she get?

She beat past years St3's addmath record. This proved to us that, DBKU workers can be 10 times smarter than us.
